what a–

load of bollocks.

I’m talking about this new law that bans talking on the phone while driving.

It was pretty obvious to me that the phones were never the actual problem–it was the conversation you’re having while on your phone. The actual conversation is what causes drivers to lose concentration on the road, sending them off into this dream world that they stay in until something snaps them back to reality.

About three or four months before the ban was put into place, I heard on the news that scientists have proven the very same thing.

Which means that I’m not the only one that’s noticed. Surely the politicians have noticed too.

So what does that mean? I actually think that this ban is something else. I don’t know if you’ve noticed this either, but hands-free devices weren’t selling too well before the ban went into place. Maybe this thing is to promote sales.

I dunno, man. I’m just throwing ideas out there.

It’s a conspiracy! Why didn’t the government just outlaw specific conversations on your phone? This is just a blatant marketing ploy!
