I had a few days (or weeks) to think. I came up with this.

I want to learn more languages. I want to learn Spanish, Japanese, French, Polish, Korean, German, and some others. Recently I figured out that since some  languages come from the same root language (like the Indo-European language), the languages are really similar. I used some of my background knowledge from learning Russian to figure out what someone said in Spanish. It’s weird. They’re on opposite sides of Eurasia, and yet they’re so similar.

It works with writing, too. I can (kinda) write in Chinese, so I can (kinda) write in Korean. And a lot of Japanese  Kanji….? I can recognize from reading Chinese.

Our school teaches four (five including English) Indo-European languages, and only one  language that’s not. I find that kind of dumb, since they’re pretty much similar. Japanese is its own language family, which is Japonic (I could have sworn it was a branch of Chinese).
Wow… I was looking through Wikipedia and I saw that Japanese and Korean have no relation to Chinese. But I speak Chinese rather fluently and I can see where Korean is very similar to Chinese. I haven’t had as much exposure to Japanese.

I know all this stuff is probably really obvious to you. I just didn’t think the languages were THAT related.

I’ve been talking to a few middle schoolers lately. It seems like the girls are having problems with their friends. This made me realize… Middle school…is the time when kids think they’re “mature” enough to start dating and such, but what they don’t realize is that they’re still massively immature because they do stuff to each other that makes the other person feel like crap. In my eyes, if you don’t have the heart to be modest and to think about other people before you think about yourself, you really haven’t matured yet. If you can’t be responsible for yourself in getting up for school, making your own breakfast and getting good grades, you’re not mature. Technically, we’re not mature because my mom wakes us up and prepares breakfast for us and takes us to school. But that’s not my point.

Tea is good for the soul. It’s not only full of antioxidants, but the warmth of it sends pleasure throughout your body. You should drink it often.

I know this one girl that apologizes because she laughs. She’s gotten in trouble before, for laughing, but nothing bad comes from laughter, other than your abs being sore. I don’t know why she would apologize for laughing… Laughter is fun.

I also noticed that girls always think that they’re ugly/fat…even when they’re not. At all. It really bothers me. I try to tell them that they’re not and they’re like, “Yes I ammmmm.” Gah.
Things the pastors went over that we’re supposed to follow:

Keep the Sabbath.
Go to God first  when you have troubles.
Be wise.
God is good.
God forgives.
Jesus died for us.

That’s about it.

Hahahaha. I’m still having trouble using this thing. It feels like the beginning of Facebook all over again.
Except much harder. Facebook wasn’t that hard at all, honestly.

Now that I think about it… there’s so many ideas I’ve thought of that I haven’t gotten to express because of fear.

Last time I posted a note on Facebook about what I thought the world was coming to, people just went off on me. That’s why I haven’t wanted to write any more.
BUT!
I will write anyway. I hope you don’t kick by butt if you disagree with me.

Here goes:

The music industry is corrupt. People would rather see a pretty face on stage than listen to music. Every time I ask about the Jonas Brothers, some girl tells me that she thinks they’re hot. We see (saw) a similar pattern with Miley Cyrus, Hillary Duff and Britney Spears.  Fans of these people seem not to know about the magic of audio editing.

School…feels like a Communism. Except not. Lol…? It’s like, its own system of government. It’s hard to explain. Everybody is “equal” and they’re given different work to be graded upon. If you do something bad, you have to suffer consequences. Teachers are like police that are supposed to help you on the long run, and when they catch you doing something bad, they report to the vice principal (police chief/judge?) to deal with you. The sports and music are a way of the schools competing against each other, like nations would go to war.

Myspace is copies Facebook. Just look at the “People you may know” and such.

People are different personalities on the internet than in real life. People who are usually quiet and reserved in real life get a chance to express their feelings to people who probably don’t want to listen on the internet and become loudmouths.  However, people who are loudmouths in real life become even louder mouths on the internet.

I’ll try to include some jokes in my blogs too. None of these jokes are of my making. Uh, some might be inappropriate, but I’ll tell you beforehand if it is.
Here’s one to start.
Gosh, all these are so long. I’ll go with short ones.

A hamburger walks into a bar and asks for a drink. The bartender replies, “Sorry, we don’t serve food here.”
I hope I don’t have to explain.

I just discovered that I have to use IE or FF with this… I normally use Opera and made the mistake of disallowing cookies. Cookies are forever banned from WordPress by Opera. This probably means that I won’t be going on WordPress very often.
